BETIANNA,INC. offers refund or Exchange for items found to be defective (not damaged during Shipping).
If the buyer is unsatisfied for any personal reason(s), refund will be allowed once the item is returned at buyer’s expense, in original condition, and original packaging.
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Unfortunately we cannot process your refund if you send a used product.
We cannot accept a return after you have used it due to hygienic concerns.
Any complaint that requires a refund or replacement needs to be notified to BETIANNA, INC. immediately after receiving it, and in no case, later than 3 days after the package is delivered.

For merchandise returned within 21 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging.
Defective items will not be accepted.
