Our Return Policy
Did you love your order? If not, see below for all the return details:
- BETIANNA,INC. offers refund or Exchange for items found to be defective (not damaged during Shipping).
- If the buyer is unsatisfied for any personal reason(s), refund will be allowed once the item is returned at buyer’s expense, in original condition, and original packaging.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Unfortunately we cannot process your refund if you send a used product.
- We cannot accept a return after you have used it due to hygienic concerns.
- Any complaint that requires a refund or replacement needs to be notified to BETIANNA, INC. immediately after receiving it, and in no case, later than 3 days after the package is delivered.
More information about returns:
- For merchandise returned within 21 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
- We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging.
- Defective items will not be accepted.
Final Sale Policy:
- all sale items purchased at an extra 50% off are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
